Fulfillment
Trainer agrees to provide private lessons for Client’s Dog on a daily basis, the goal being to teach the dog first and then to teach Client how to train and work with Dog after completion. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of Dog’s performance or behavior as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation. Client understands that he/she and members of the household MUST follow Trainer’s instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to Dog. Trainer has Client permission to take the dog to public areas like parks and recreational areas to facilitate training. Specific areas of focus: Off leash /on leash, socialization and e-collar training. Mouthing/Biting, On/Off obedience when jumping on couch or bed, barking at known people, barking at dogs/people in public places.
Cancellation Policy
If Client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, or is not present at time of scheduled appointment, session fees are still due. Board and Train programs paid in advance and are non refundable but can be rescheduled per Client’s needs.
